The Entel Lover campaign emerged on social networks organically. The users created a trending topic on twitter with the hashtag #CantameTioEntel while tagging ENTEL. The agency identified it as a media strategy and released a video including a catchy jingle regarding the hashtag and with the community manager´s response to users.
